Welcome to the web site for the 73rd Avenue Church of Christ. We are a conservative, faithful Church of Christ in the town of Merrillville, IN. Our congregation strives to follow the word, truth and examples set forth from our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We further believe and teach that the word of God is found only in the Old and New Testaments.
If you are visiting the area, or have just moved to the area and looking for a faithful, conservative Church of Christ to worship at, come worship with us at our scheduled times. We have Bible Study classes for young children through adults at our Sunday morning and Wednesday evening .

New Bible Study classes beginning today!

This study is being lead by Paul Bush and will help everyone to better understand the book of Job and the life lessons we can apply to our own lives. Please come and join us for this interactive study every Sunday morning at 9:30 AM!
In our Wednesday Evening Bible Stujdy we are continuing our study of the Basic Principals of Christianity. We are currently on Book 4 of the series discussing various denominational religions, what they believe and what the Bible has to say about their legitimacy.
Come join us at our bible studies and worship services to get to know your creator and understand what he expects from us!

For those looking for a CD of any or all of the lessons, please let us know which and how many, as well as where to send them, and we will promptly get them out to you.
2010 Spring Gospel Meeting underway

We encourage anyone and everyone to try to make it out to the remainder of our meetings. We have a complete detailed list of the lessons Clarence is going to present. In addition, we are recording each lesson and will make them available as a MP3 here on the web site, or we can burn you a CD upon request.
